SPR# PLOI4RXPF3 - Fixed a problem where Notes could not be setup and run on a multi-user Windows machine where the Notes data directory contained non-Ascii characters. This was the case if either the Windows user name contained non-Ascii characters or for some localized versions of Windows where the home directory path (\Documents and Settings\...) was translated and contained non-Ascii characters.
